Step 1. Creating a Canadafreecalls user account

There are two methods to create a Canadafreecalls user account.

Method 1 - Complete the sign-up form here. Enter you details as approriate and click on "CONFIRM DATA". You will receive a confirmation email. Follow the instructions.

Method 2 - Complete this Word document and send it scanned to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Method3 - Call 1-888-247-1611, make a test call, than write This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your phone number and email address to get full details about how to access your account.

Step 2. Purchase Canadafreecalls Credit

Login to your user account from the signin area from our web site. Thereafter Click on "BUY" link to add credit.

Step 3. Making your first cheapest Canadafreecalls call.

A. Using our access numbers: Follow instructions on the banner "How to Make calls"

B.Using X-Lite or an Adapter:

Login to the Canadafreecalls Software using the new user account that you created.  Enter the telephone number to dial and click on green dial button to make your call.

Please note that when you call a North American number (even if it's local) you should always dial [1] + [area code] + [subscriber number]

***For international calls you can use 00 or 011
